Originally from Sweden, my path has always been about building bridges between structure and the sacred. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration, I spent years working in communication and scientific research before fully stepping into my true calling: holding space for human connection.

Today, I weave together my 650 hours of certified training (Hatha, Modern Yoga, and Yin), my practice as a Usui Reiki Master (RMT), and my roots in Heart Mentoring and Earth-Based Leadership.

As a yoga teacher, intuitive astrologer, contemporary priestess, mother, and impeccably imperfect human being ;) — my mission is to meet you in all your layers, both human and divine. I create physical and energetic sanctuaries where you can soften, explore your wild nature, and listen to your inner whispers.
